CAAI has been renamed from “Chinese Arbitration Association International” to “CAA International Arbitration Centre” with a new model arbitration clause. Its Arbitration Rules have been revised to give effect to various CAAI instruments, including the Code of Ethics for Arbitrators and Parties, Guidelines on Case Management Conference, and Notes on Composition and Procedure of CAAI Court of Arbitration. These were approved by the CAA Board of Directors and Supervisors on 21 November 2018.

​中華仲裁協會國際仲裁中心經修正名稱易為「中華仲裁國際中心」，並採用新修示範仲裁條款。為納入附屬運作規則，如：仲裁人暨當事人倫理規範、案件管理會議指引及仲裁院組織及議事簡則，中華仲裁國際中心仲裁規則亦進行相應修正。前述修正及附屬運作規則已於2018年11月21日經中華仲裁協會理監事會會議通過。
