Subsequently, I worked on the metro expansion project, Metroringen, also representing the civil works contractor. • Biomass-fuelled power plants (straw and wood chip): I worked on 5 different projects in the UK over the course of 4 years as in-house counsel for the EPC contractor. • Engine (HFO/Gas) driven power plants: I worked on 4 different projects in the Middle East and in Africa over the course of 4 years as in-house counsel for the EPC contractor. • Gas pipeline project (I worked on a major ICC arbitration case between parties in the Middle East for more than 2 years) • Major construction projects, including the Aller Headquarters in Copenhagen (represented the Owner); The Aller headquarters in Oslo (represented the Owner); The Hempel headquarters in Lyngby (represented the Owner); as well as a number of development projects in Vietnam (hotels and office buildings mainly) during the years 2006-2008. |
